What car seat to choose if you have a tall child?

Car seats are sorted into categories or car seat types.  This is great but what if your child is short and chubby or long and slender or short and slender,...  The list can go on and on.    Therefore it is useful to know how long the backrest of a particular car seat is.  Lets see.
My daughter is 3,5 years old, has 16 kg and is 105 cm tall.

I have tested all our rear facing car seats and put them into four categories:

Car seats with a long backrest:
Axkid Kidzone: approved 9-25 kg rear-facing
Axkid Kidzofix: approved 9-18 kg rear-facing using Isofix and 9-25 kg rear-facing using the vehicles seat belt.
It is hard to predict how fast will your child grow but with all the space she still has, I am pretty sure she will be able to use both seats for at least a year or so.

Car seats with a long backrest but a little less space for shoulders:
Klippan Triofix: approved rear facing with Isofix 9-18 kg, rear facing with 3-point adult belt 9-18 kg.
My daughter is 105 cm tall and can still fit Triofix perfectly but seems to have a little less space around shoulders.  The car seat seems really safe but she will probably not be able to use it for much longer.  It might be different if it was summer and she wasn't dressed so much.

Car seats with a shorter backrest:
Recaro Polaric: approved 9-18 kg rear facing
Recaro Polaric is something in the middle, it still fits perfectly, even with two layers of clothes but doesn't seem to last as long as Kidzone and Kidzofix.

Car seat where the back length will still do but the shoulder straps are just not long enough:
Klipan Kiss 2: approved rear facing from birth up to 18kg.
My opinion is that this is the perfect seat if you want to keep your child in a rear facing position for as long as possible but don't want to change the seat very often and save some money.  The fact is that with Kiss 2 you can really use only one car seat from birth to nearly four years, depending on how tall is your child.  My daughter still fits in her Kiss 2 but shoulder straps are a little short.  Again if it was summertime we could still use the seat, but with two layers of clothes, the shoulder straps are too short.
